Tennessee

We are in Tennessee!!! It's lovely and I can't wait to explore Nashville. We finally got the internet hooked up so I can actually look up directions to places. I have been to scared to wander around in an unknown city by myself. I have read most of Great Expectations and find it very entertaining, although not for seven hours straight. I was going to work in the office but there wasn't really much for me to do and working there would have only given me about 15 hours a week and cut the hours of the other employees...so job hunting for me! I'm hoping to find a part time nannying job and if not, I will start waitress-ing and singing to try and get a recording contract. I'm in Nashville, I might as well try! Life is good-Tanner has enjoyed knocking on doors, trying to help people get rid of bugs and we're happy to have the summer ahead of us. I'll try to update more frequently (with pictures, mom) but that only means I'll need to go on some fun adventures! :) Here are some of the adventures we've had so far... spilled bleach on the carpet spilled detergent on the carpet ...both of these spills were not done by my hand... forgot pots and pans bought pots and pans on a Sunday so we could eat for the rest of the summer bought a bit case of water because I am a water snob and the water here is quite disgusting. Even when I boiled vegetables in the water I can taste it. Sad day. the electricity went off for a few hours! Then, when it came back on a funny smell started circulating our apartment. I was afraid we would die so I stayed in the room where the smell had not seeped into yet. we went to a pool party with the other employees on Memorial Day. It was fun and then it started pouring rain. I think it does that a lot. It pours for an hour or so and then the sun comes out acting as if it was never gone. I like Tennessee :) Come visit if you want!

  1. There is nothing wrong with being a water snob. We joke about having ours shipped in. I am grateful we can have it delivered.
